Garage Sale Update
We suffered through the cold. We suffered through a huge rainstorm. We suffered through the hot, afternoon sun. Can you imagine this was all in one day at our garage sale?!
The morning started out cold and got colder just before the rain, which drenched our merchandise and us. Leave it to Mariah to tell customer they were at a "It Will Dry When You Take It Home" sale.
By afternoon, the sun was blazing, our merchandise was dry and we walked away with about $200 profit.
Thanks to all the following members who helped in one way or another before or during the sale: Alicia Conradson, Lori Dobosy, Kristen Evans, AmySue Groters, Traci Klein, Mariah Passingham and Matt Smith.
An extra special thank you to Jr. Jaycees Danny Passingham and Drew Conradson. Dannys help Saturday morning was invaluable and Drew kept us entertained in the afternoon as did Jr. Canine Jaycees, Brutis Hasslett and Molly Sue Smith.
